I love having you along to speak to our marathoners , ultra runners and triathletes. You really present well – you are so personable and professional and communicate effectively on the athletes level. I did the Cradle Mountain Run last weekend. Awesome. Brilliant scenery. And the nutrition and water worked out to plan. I ate and drank what you had in the plan and it worked like a treat. I didn’t get sick at all, and was eating quite nicely even towards the end.

I’m terms of nutrition, I followed the guidelines for carbohydrates, water and sodium intake and I was really happy with the day, I haven’t felt that great on a run before. Everything worked well, came together perfectly.

Thanks very much for your help. It was brilliant. I followed your nutrition plan precisely and it worked great. Knowing that I had to get through X and of water and Y amount of food between check points worked really well compared to what I used to do. On previous 100km events I didn’t eat or drink as much and that must have caused many of the problems. It was invaluable having your nutrition plan as I didn’t have to think about it, I just took my check point bag food and then ensured I drunk it and ate it before the next check point.
