Sydney Marathon 2023 

Elisa  – Thank you for helping to achieve my goal of running a marathon for the first time. I have been feeling so much better and energised after long runs thanks to your nutrition advice around making sure to take in enough carbs pre and post runs. Your tips and insights have vastly improved my recovery time on the back of long runs, helping to avoid those energy crashes!

JJ –  Thankyou for your part in helping me achieve my long term goal of getting to sub 3 hrs. I definitely nailed the nutrition + hydration during the training + race (although it didn’t make it any easier at km 40/41!) and have been buzzing all week from the sense of achievement.

Martim – Thanks for the advice – I was so confident to the starting line and the nutrition+hydration plan worked 110%!
